Into the Sky (Single Edit)
Here's my latest single, released on 11/11/2023. I hope you enjoy it. Into the Sky (Lyrics): (Aaaaah, for loving you) Reflecting on the past The chance has come at last To say the things I never told you And, thinking out aloud I’m really very proud And grateful for the years I’ve known you You were there for me A rock in stormy seas A shelter from the wind and rain A loving hand to hold Protecting from the cold And shielding from a world of change And now, my love, we say goodbye (say goodbye, we say goodbye) It’s time to fly into the sky (Into the sky, into the sky) Remembering the past And all the things that passed The treasured moments of our history Now, rolling through the years With all those souvenirs And photographs that tell our story We watched the seasons turn We learned to live and learn And prayed for guidance from above Sometimes we said too much And sometimes, not enough We can’t help who we love (I love you) And so, my love, we say goodbye (say goodbye, we say goodbye) It’s time to fly into the sky (Into the sky, into the sky) We wander on alone Along a winding road And bear a heavy load for loving For now, my love, we say goodbye (say goodbye, we say goodbye) It’s time to fly into the sky (Into the sky, into the sky) Unfold your wings and take to flight (Take to flight, now, take to flight) Into the sky ©2021 Carl James Fellows - Mastered by Mixea.commore

Way Back Home
A collaboration with the very talented Paul Sultana (https://slaps.com/paulsultana) in the gentle style of early 1970's John Denver Americana country-folk. It's all about getting back to the more meaningful, simpler things in life. We both hope you enjoy it. Lyrics: Will I ever get back to where I’m from Can we find our way back to where we belong To rolling hills and starry nights so bright Across a gentle stream and up to such great heights The misty mountain morning breeze The dew drops resting on the leaves There’ll never be a home like this one There’s plenty here for everyone Mothers, fathers, daughters, sons Are here to welcome you back home Are here to welcome you home Home where my roots are planted deep Where my mind is clear and heart is free Surrounded by the ones I love Each day’s a gift sent from above We’ve traded fields and trees for city lights The never-stopping, endless train of cheap delights The farms and fields are calling us back home We don’t need concrete on these dusty country roads The misty mountain morning breeze The dew drops resting on the leaves There’ll never be a home like this one There’s something here for everyone Ma’s, Pa’s and all their little ones Are here to welcome you back home Are here to welcome you back home They’re here to welcome you home Home where my roots are planted deep Where my mind is clear and heart is free Surrounded by the ones I love Each day’s a gift sent from above Home where my roots are planted deep Where my mind is clear and heart is free Surrounded by the ones I love Each day’s a gift sent from above Each day’s a gift sent from above Each day’s a gift sent from above Paul Sultana & Carlos Fandango 2023©more

Hallucinations
String Orchestra and Piano. Reverie: The Importance of Standing Still Daydreaming is an important part of my creative process. I am at my most creative when I am lost in my thoughts in complete solitude. It allows for planning, reflection and the opportunity to invent a parallel existence contrived from a series of what ifs. Alas a Utopia, my favourite part of being lost in ones own reverie.more
